Good evening Wawa people,

I am a former employee, worked at Wawa from 2021-2024. I left as a CSS and would love to come back. I recently got in touch with HR and found out I am rehirable. Unfortunately, in October of 2024, I picked up a Simple Assault (Domestic) charge. It’s a second degree misdemeanor in the State of Florida. Does anybody have any information on whether or not this would be an issue? Has anybody been hired with a similar offense in their background? Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you
