Baby boy name dilemma

Hey everyone, we’re struggling coming up with names for our boy, due in August.

My husband, daughter, and I all have names that start with M. Having an all M-name family was never my intention, I didn’t even think about it when we named our daughter, but now eeeeeeveryone says we HAVE TO pick another M name. My husband agrees and says if we don’t, he’ll feel left out, lol. I disagree and think it doesn’t matter and it’s maybe a little too cutesy to stick with the theme.

That being said, the only M names we both like are Max (Maxwell) and Malcolm. Thoughts? Suggestions?

My absolute favorite boys name is Julian but my husband is opposed because 1) it’s not an M and 2) he has a family friend named Julian who he grew up with and thinks it’s weird (I do not think it’s weird at all).

Help 😬 thanks in advance !

UPDATE: lots of suggestions for the name Julius, which was my grandfather’s name and I am a big fan. Vibe check? Is it cool? Is it too Julius Caesar-y?

I know I need a moss pole for this guy, and probably a good prune, but do I need to split it into separate pots? It seems excessively crowded in there. Any tips on how to do that?

I did it once with another huge monstera, I just dumped it out and separated the roots as carefully as I could; is that all you gotta do?

Thanks for any tips

Hi there! I am a mom of a 21-month old girl and having a baby boy in a couple months.

I recently bought a haul of boys clothes off Facebook marketplace and am FLOORED by how good they look; there is not a stain in sight.

Meanwhile, it seems like allllllllll of my daughter’s clothes are covered in stains within seconds of wearing them.

We used to use Tide but my doctor told me to stop because of the toxins (I wasn’t having a bad reaction or anything, it just came up anecdotally in an appointment once) so we’ve been using Kirkland free & clear and I spray spots with an oxy clean spray before putting them in the washing machine. Am I doing laundry wrong (lol) or do I need to go back to the heavy duty stuff???

Thanks!
