Dutch card tax

Why are Dutch sellers on Cardmarket listing cards 25–30% above the actual market price? Anyone else noticing this trend, or is it just me scrolling through overpriced cardboard?

No delivery/price manipulation

Hi everyone,
About a week ago I bought a card for around 30 euros. The seller still hasn’t shipped it and hasn’t replied to my message. In the meantime, the prices for these Dragon Ball cards have gone up a lot, and I can see that he now has the same card listed for edit- 180 euros! (he previously had only one copy).
At this point I’m expecting that he won’t send me the card I already paid for and will try to resell it for a higher price.
Does anyone know if this can be reported to Cardmarket later? He’s not marked as a professional seller.

I bought NM cards that are damaged. That's the feedback -

"This is your worst feedback.

It is not taken into account for your seller star and is thus greyed out. Everybody can make a mistake once."
