Hi everyone, badly need recommendations for a psychiatrist/psychologist (preferably telehealth for now).

I'm from Davao, so okay din if around Davao for possible in-person sessions eventually.

Main concerns are anxiety, OCD tendencies, PTSD, Anxiety, emotional regulation, ADHD, and some sexual/libido-related concerns. I've been feeling reallyyyyyyyyyy overwhelmed lately.

I also work in the psych field, so medyo familiar naman ako with therapy/medications, but I'm hoping to find someone
na:
- compassionate and hands on
- hindi template/routine lang yung advice
- good listener and easy to talk to
- okay with medication management if needed

Hopefully affordable din since I might need multiple sessions. But if may kakilala kayo na a little pricey PEROOOOO hands on talaga sa care, please reco.

•Most ppl say I’m pretty, but not the typical socmed/thirst trap type lol
•WFH for almost 6 years now
•I earn for myself, independent but not a breadwinner (my fam is okay naman)
•panganay, grew up in a loving family
•Davao area
