I recently had a personal conference over the phone regarding my overpayment waiver I filed and they said that it would be approved if it was indeed not my fault, well I check the portal and the overpayment disappeared and it says “you currently do not have any overpayments” but I received a billing statement in the portal for the overpayment. What exactly is happening here?
