What you'll own:

→ Short form video editing for paid social (Reels, Meta ads)

→ Static creatives across formats — 1x1, 9x16, 4x5

→ Ideating and iterating on hooks, formats, and angles

→ Studying what's working on Meta and bringing it to our brand

What we're looking for:

→ 0–2 years of experience — you know how things work and you get shit done

→ Strong visual taste — you know what stops a scroll and why

→ You think in performance, not just aesthetics

→ You ship fast, see what works, and go again

→ You're plugged into trends before everyone else catches on

→ Open to learning, doesn't need hand-holding

What you get:
