Fiber Optic Wireless - suddenly experiencing ping spikes

So I've had Fiber Optic for about 3 years - never had any Problems and suddenly since a few days im getting horrible very short ping spikes and im going crazy. Does anybody have tips? Ive already updated the Firmware (tp link). I mainly use my internet to game, and these ping spikes are making me go crazy. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
