PC lagging

I have a pc with this specs: 13600KF 7800XT SN7100 PSU 750W and 1 stick Samsung 16GB 3200MHZ CL22 without XMP. Im getting a little microstutters in some games, but not too often. But I've played Battlefield V and in Multiplayer I had a lot of Big stutters of 3-5 seconds when loading The map, when It loads it doesnt stutter anymore, just when It comes to loading other parts of The map. When It happens The CPU, GPU and RAM are not at 100% usage, CPU P cores are at 50-65% usage, GPu is at 60% and RAM is at 14-15GB usage. I ve noticed that some stutters dissapered capping The Game from 120 to 60 FPS. Chat GPT think that the problem is not having Dual Channel and says that the performance Will go Up quite a lot if I get another stick. Also I think that with RTX and that stuff games need more than 16GB so I see pretty reasonable getting other stick, but not in this economy. What do you think, will The problem come from The single Channel ram?

GPU not at 99% usage

Hi, i have an RX 7800XT that in some games never goes to a 98 or 99% of usage. By playing some games while using Afterburner I' ve notices that the temps are not The problem. The CPU and RAM are not bottlenecking The GPU because The RAM never gets full and none of The 14 cores of my I5 13600KF are at 100% usage. Also, I have The 26.3.1 Drivers. An example of The GPU not at 100% using at some games lime Half Sword, there The VSync is at 180FPS and The GPU is at 80% usage and The game is going at 100FPs but not maxing out The GPU. I wonder why It happens. it also happens with Battlefield 5, It stuters a lot and The GPU is also at 80% usage but The frame cap is at 180FpS Also and The game is running at 120Fps. Also I have to say that I dont have anything like Radeon Chill at de AMD adrenalin app. So, Why Is my GPU not maxing out in some games?
