End of March I made a post about an EPP plan. It was $40 for Can-USA-Meixco. Minus $10 for auto payment. 175GB. This was while freedom has an awesome offer so telus was competing with them.
I didnt look closely and I had a house flood and i was going to switch lines later after my house stuff is dealt with.
Well I looked at my contract before moving my phones over. Canada unlimited plam for $35 dollar. No data.
Talked to telus nothing they can do was on the phone with someone for 45min. They offered a few things hut not what I agreed to. They offered an increased discount to $55 only good for 6 months
Is it CCTS complaint I need to file now? Or whats the best way to proceed?
