Randomly the last few days, some stories of people I follow won’t load. It shows a blank dark screen and the bar on top doesn’t load. Is it a known bug?

I got the it32 (I already had the it30). I love them both. But I could not figure out for the life of me how to trigger the it32 with the xpro (version 1). I have the x5 for it. No problem there.
I wanted to trigger simultaneously a AD600 pro ii and have some color gels on the it32 and the it30 for the background.
I triple checked the groups / channels / setting for being a signal receiver, etc etc. Nothing.

SOLVED: the ID setting on the XPro was OFF. Thanks everyone. 🙏
