Hi,
I have been training in the gym consistently for over 4 years (upper and lower body). While I have been observing progress in my form and loading, I still can't do a pull up. I haven't been targeting them specifically, but still, I would have thought that with overall good muscle mass, I could at least get one done.
Has anyone been in this situation? Is it normal if I haven't trained specifically towards that?
Any tips that unlocked your first pull up?
