My wife really likes my laptop and I went to go see about buying another one. I know prices are going up but geez...

I offered to buy a PC from one of my family members for $600 who doesn't need it anymore and needs the money, but I'm thinking maybe it's not worth it and I should invest in newer parts. I already bought a new gpu (9070 XT), psu, and case as upgrades, I'm just wondering if I should go the extra mile for newer parts due to potential bottlenecks but considering the price of RAM and storage right now I'm not sure. Most newer parts I find go above $600 just for DDR5 and storage. Specs are as follows:
Intel Core i9-10900k
RTX 3060 12gb
16 gb DDR4
Samsung 980 1TB
MPG Z490 motherboard
750w psu (not sure the brand but it doesn't matter)
