lost my pack
left my bc pack at my parents house this weekend. i have an extra that i can use — should i pick it up where i left off (week 2) or just start from the beginning of the pack and have a longer cycle? leaning towards the latter because i was supposed to have my placebo week over a beach trip lol but don’t want to mess up my whole system
grilled chicken, fajita veggies, sour cream, guac, cheese, a tiny bit of spanish rice but it’s mostly chicken tbh
chicken is gluten free. the sauce is ketchup, mayo, Worcestershire, garlic, sugar
there is a great place near me that has all-natural, gluten free fried chicken and fries that are gf, df, soy free, etc etc etc
This is allowed right? it just feels wrong!
thinking average chicken breast so 4oz 150-200 cals?
