I need some help JBL Tour M3
Hello everyone,
I'd like to buy the JBL Tour One M3 headphones to connect to my PC because my daughter sleeps in the next room. During the day, my PC is usually connected to regular speakers.
I'm getting these headphones because they have codecs that allow for minimal latency (especially aptX-LL), which seems useful for me when playing video games. I don't want a "gaming" headset, which is often too heavy and has a microphone I don't need (I already have a standalone microphone on a stand). These seem light and comfortable, which is a big plus for me.
Several questions come to mind, and despite searching, I'm having trouble :
- They sell the Smart TX Box in addition to the headphones. Do I need it to benefit from the low latency? Or will my regular Windows 11 PC support it?
- This device allows me to receive multiple audio sources on my headphones, but does it also allow me to send a single audio source to multiple devices? I'd like to be able to switch between my speakers and headphones using a physical device rather than through Windows settings, if possible.
- If the answer to the previous question is no, is there a device that allows me to take advantage of the minimal latency with these headphones while still allowing me to switch audio outputs from the same source (my PC)? Some sort of 2.4ghz audio transmitter/commutator
Thanks everyone.
