Need some help, I upgraded my sons power wheel in a 20v Rs550 40k rpm motors removed all the stock components aside from pedals and replaced it with a PWM. Added relays for the pedals for controlled current. But the DPDT f/r switch is heating up after a while. Any suggestions?
Hi Guys a little help, I upgraded my sons power wheel to 20v 2Ah parkside battery a PWM with valve, and rs550 40k rpm motor with gearbox.I tried 60% and when pedal is pressed it jerks instantly and does not go I keep the pwm at 50% and it goes only for 5 seconds then it jerks again. Tried asking this to Chatgpt and the AI answered its probably the bms of the battery and is saying that the battery has only 2 Ah and i probably need 4 Ah to 5 Ah. Is this true? Please help
