Been dealing with this for three days now–I upload a Reel, go to select a cover, and it just gives me LQ stills from 3-4 shots of the video. I've let it sit loading for 10+ minutes, closed out of the app and opened it back up, restarted my phone, logged out and then back in, and nothing has resolved the issue. I've tried multiple videos, even ones that worked beforehand, and had no luck with that either.

Does the same thing after uploading and trying to select a Cover afterwards too.

Anyone have any recommendations on what else I could be doing, or how to fix this?

Reviewed the game when it first came out and really enjoyed it, even if I wasn't super interested in the story though, unfortunately. Despite that, the game is a bit of a collector's nightmare as there isn't a Chapter Select option, so if you miss one collectable or don't collect enough money, you essentially have to replay the entire game again. Anyway though, I thought I'd drop some advice below for anyone who's aiming to get the Platinum as well, and I'll respond to comments/questions when I can!

Baseball Card/Comic/Newspaper/Schematics Collectables

• My advice for 99% of the collectables in the game: look everywhere. You'll usually be able to see them since they're whiter than the background art and environmental objects, but some of them are still very well-hidden. There are already plenty of good guides out there though, so you don't have to suffer in silence if you're on your second or third playthrough. Note that there are a bunch of minifigures in the game as well, and despite them being a collectable, are not required for the Platinum. There are also way more schematics in the game than required to upgrade every single weapon, but you're better safe than sorry since there's no Chapter Select.

Misfortunes of the Missing Magician/Our Lesser Brothers

• These are trophies for finding all of the key evidence in the Missing Magician case and Shrew Shortage levels. As of writing this, some players are reporting that they're unfortunately bugged and don't pop even after collecting all of the items. It took me three playthroughs unfortunately, so just be aware of this, or wait for a patch to completely fix them.

Pocket Aces/S’all in the Cards/Card Shark

• These are the trophies for collecting all of the Baseball Cards and playing (and winning) 30 games of Baseball at the bar. There are a few cards you'll have to buy, which add up to $6000 total. My advice here is not to spend a single cent until before the final mission as 1) money is scarce and you may not have enough unless you're collecting every dollar you find and 2) winning 30 games of Baseball at the bar will cost you $1500, assuming you win every game. Manually save before doing one of the activities, get the trophy, load up your save, and get the other one. Otherwise, you'll likely have to do two playthroughs here. If you're really hurting for money, there are a few areas where you can endlessly kill enemies by ignoring the objectives–I personally did this during the One Flew mission where you need to >!strap enemies into the restraints by kicking them to 'feed' the brain!< for my last $200, just to be sure I'd be good.

Most of the other trophies in the game are either story-related or combat-related, so just take a look at the list before playing and try to knock out the combat ones earlier on as, they're not difficult to pull off, but can be situational.
