cuticle issues and bed growth!
I’ve been many, many years without biting my nails and have had lots of nail bed growth but I would like them even longer if possible! I do have a picking issue and often shred my cuticles. What would you all suggest to help with more nail bed growth and cuticle softening? I do know that part of this is me breaking the habit of picking.
