I recently started this course, and I'm lost. I've read through the material, and it's just general information.

I understand the rubric and the requirements, but I wish there were an example to understand the format/expectations a little better since I've never used any of these before.

Can anyone share some pointers? Thank you!

Note: This is the first class I'm stuck on, everything else has been fine until now.

After researching over a dozen apartments and speaking with the leasing agents, I pinned down my top 3 apartments:

Info: Moving to Arlington from California for a new job in DC, everything I know is from researching the apartment website, looking around Google Maps of the surrounding area, YouTube videos, etc.

The Clarendon: I love how close everything is to restaurants, Trader Joe's, the metro, and the dog park. The apartment looks pretty good overall, but not very modern.

The Acadia (Pentagon City): Same as above. I love the proximity to the metro, restaurants, Costco, Whole Foods, Metro Park, etc. The apartments are a lot more modern, which is a plus.

Rosslyn Heights: I've been hearing great things about the Rosslyn area for public schools, nearby restaurants, 7/11 convenience store, Target, metro entrance (a little bit further), Safeway, Potomac River for fishing, etc.

Can the locals give any insights into these apartment complexes and why I should choose one over the other? Thank you!

I'm looking to move to Arlington soon because of my new job in DC. I heard Arlington has good neighborhoods, a relatively low crime rate, good public education for kids, nearby restaurants/groceries, etc.

I've been apartment hunting for a few days, and I'm overwhelmed with all the information I've taken from YouTube videos, Google/Yelp reviews, etc.

Any good recommendations?

Looking for a 2-bedroom apartment with a budget of around 3.5-4k.

I would like to be around a lot of easily accessible/walkable restaurants, convenience/grocery stores, good public education schools, modern, and safe.

Thank you!
