Hello,

I setup a new instagram business account a couple days back. My account was initially disabled, I appealed and got it back. Then Meta 'restricted' my account saying that my ads did not comply with their advertising policies.

Thing is i never put any ads yet. Have only 3-4 posts that are basically my brand + coming soon.

How can i get this sorted? Is there an email or something? I am sensing that this restriction is also inhibiting Meta from pushing my content because engagement post restriction has been 10-15% of what my initial posts got.

Any help appreciated.

I setup a brand account 2 days ago for a new business to create some pre-launch hype. I posted ~6 posts (reels + statics) and a bunch of thread posts. Got 100+ followers (organic + follow backs from 600 accounts i followed who follow my competitors)

Then all of a sudden my account gets disabled, no reason given. I appealed with photo + Govt. ID.

Anything I can do? I can recreate the page no big deal but they'll do this again - what is a reliable solution here?

I am a mangement consultant doing freelance work for clients in UAE and Saudi.

I am planning to relocate to India and optimize my taxes using one of 44AD or 44ADA. I am trying to get advice on 3 points:

1. 44AD: I read the below mentioned case laws where the court upheld that management consultants do not fall under notified professions of 44AA, therefore can use 44AD. This seems like a huge loophole - is this really true, doable, and advisable? It seems like a huge loophole

2. I receive payments in a USD bank account with a UAE bank. Can I avail these benefits still if I file as sole prop with a UAE bank account? Or do i need to setup a USD account with an Indian bank and then use that to carry out my business?

3. Are there any additional compliances to be done because ~100% of my payments will be from Int'l clients.

Hello everyone, we are launching a new car perfume business and are looking for manufacturing partners who can help use in developing and manufacturing our products.

1. Perfume spray (with hanging cards to absorb and disperse the fragrance) - reference: INVOLVE AQUA SPRAY
2. Hanging gel pockets - reference: GODREJ AER O HANGING

Over 6-8 months, we also want to expand to fiber cans and gel cans.

We are looking for manufacturers who support us with the following:

1. Sampling multiple fragrances (we want to launch 6-8 fragrances, and we have in mind benchmark products to use as reference - this is something we cannot compromise on at all)
2. Exploring different primary packaging to use something unique
3. Use our secondary packaging (developed by our branding partner)

All in all, we are not looking for someone who will push an off the shelf solution, but a partner who works with us in developing a strong product to take to market.

Ideally, we are looking for partners in North India (HR, UP, UK, MP, RJ) to ensure easy access for us in Delhi, but open to others too.

Hello, I am trying to cancel my YT music subscription. I bought it with apply payments on my credit card on a company phone (so I created an apple ID with my company email ID). Now I have left the job, lost access to phone and the email. So i cant access that email anymore.

I logged into my google account in a new email ID and have been using the subscription just fine, and my card gets billed every month. Issue now is that i want to cancel it. But YT Music app says cancel from the apple settings, but there the subscription doenst show since it was bought using a different apple ID.

What can I do here?

I am buying a baleno alpha automatic (top model) - currently priced at 10.2L on road with 15k consumer discount.

The breakdown is as follows:

Ex showroom: 9.1L

Insurance: 40k (1+3)

Registration (Delhi): 70k

Other: 1.5k

Any advice on negotiating this further? I feel I am terrible at negotiating and looking for tips on how to approach + what is a good deal for you.

Dont have any car to exchange and will be a cash deal.
