I’ve been dating someone for the past 2 months, and we usually meet on weekends and end up spending a lot of time together, often staying late at his place. My parents are generally supportive and don’t question me much, but lately they’ve started getting concerned and probably suspect that I’m in a relationship, which is understandable.

At the same time, I really want to keep meeting my boyfriend, especially because I’ll be moving out in around 2 weeks, after which meeting regularly will become much harder and we’ll most likely have to manage things long distance. I’m honestly confused about how to balance both sides right now and what I should do.

Anyone here joined the ICICI Bank Aspire Program recently?

I got selected for the Aspire Program for a Deputy Manager role and may have 2 months training in Bangalore or Jaipur.

Wanted honest feedback on:

1. How is the training quality and pressure?
2. Is the role mostly sales-target based?
3. Growth opportunities after 1-2 years?
4. Is it worth joining for freshers from Pune?
