Acer Nitro V15 ANV15-52 RTX 5060 capped at low power (25W) in games but full usage in benchmark

Hello,
I just bought my laptop 2 weeks ago, and I tried to play heavy games like arc raiders i just got 67 fps max on it, but unfortunately, I couldn't play any games at all.
The CPU usage never reached 100%, it reached between 60-88 and the temperature reached 80 maximum on turbo mode and I tried every solution on the internet and nothing worked. I noticed GPU usage reached max 40% and power only reached 25 watts maximum under heavy load while playing heavy game
I tried to put the preferred graphics processor to the Nvidia processor and I tried to put maximum performance on power options and I turned off power saving on PCIE from the power plan. Literally, I tried every solution on the internet and nothing worked. Please help me.
BIOS Version: 1.53
CPU: Core i9 13900H
GPU: Nvidia RTX 5060
RAM: 1x 16GB 3200MHZ DDR4
Note:I tried to stress the cpu and gpu and memory to check if there is a bottleneck but the GPU usage reached 100% without any issue. When I play games, the GPU uses 25W max and 40% usage only
I feel 1.53 bios update is the issue
I tried to play two games to find out if the problem is from the game or not but the problem still exists on both of them
I ran the a heavy game today and the GPU didn't exceed 40% usage but I left the game on and I opened furmark the gpu reached 100%.
That is so weird
Regards
