100mg to 75mg

May 7th was my first day back to 75mg of sertraline after a little over 8 weeks on 100mgs. May 9th and 10th, I had bouts of anger and crying spells where I cried and cried and cried and then cried a bit more. Today, May 12th, I feel fine.

I should also note I’m titrating up on lamictal.

Anyone relate?

I did an EMDR intensive last Friday and Saturday. Sunday, I was great! Then moving into weds through today I’m feeling pretty emotional/ anxious/ angry even. Anyone have experience with intensives? Is this normal?

Due to some life events, my psych increased my Zoloft from 75mg to 100mg. I started to feel very flat and honestly was super constipated. I also had started gaining a pound a week for over a month.
Because of the side effects, she has me decreasing to 75mg and adding lamictal. Any experience with this?

Any weight loss when decreasing dose?

The title is something I’ve said out loud twice today (and 800 more times in my head). I just HATE everything. Nothing sounds good. Some things invoke very strong anger. I feel fat. The scale says I’ve gained 5lbs (I’m small so that’s a lot). I can’t poop. And I just hate everything. Oh and my boobs feel like watermelons
