Quick question is this cpu locked in terms of wattage, bc i tried everything, every by pass every setting in throttlestop and im cpu cant get past 10w, even when stress tested and on max perfomance. Does someone have a similar computer that this doesnt happen or is it the bios that i have that is limiting the cpu and another version could fix?

So im trying to fix my power throttle problem bc my cpu its always stuck at 10w and on throttlestop i always get that power red message, i already disable turbo, i already did everything in the tpl section, mmio is checked, everything is how it its suppose to be but even using 120 in both pl1 and pl2 i get the power message and my pkg power it stuck at 10w when testing. i even used this(https://bradshacks.com/disable-dptf... find all,for this device" whenever available.), that was suppose to fix it for good if throttlestop counldt but it also didnt work. pls help
