What are the NU shs (EO based) rules?

These are the questions that i wonder:

Do they allow tablet/ipad note-taking? how about laptops?

Do they allow cellphone during or after class, or only during break?

Do they allow student to sell/promote their small business

Are they book resources? (Meaning if we have to buy books as study resources.)

How early are their class schedule?

What are their breaks?

That's all I wanna know about their policy ( I haven't enrolled in the parin, still waiting for my documents :c )

FPS and performance keep on decreasing, even if i fixed it, it was temporary.

I am not sure if it was the Windows update or the constant crashing my laptop experienced. My fps in games such as Valorant or Resident Evil have gone so low. It was all of a sudden that it started bothering me, I usually ran on 100+ fps, but now it's 20 to 60 fps only, except on small games like roblox, it runs smoothly. How do you fix it? is it the software issue or hardware that I need to repair?

(Context)

ASUS TUF GAMING F15 FX506HC

My PC would sometimes crash, saying, "Device ran into a problem" either randomly or laggy, especially using hdmi to present my class TV.

It once made a very loud cracking sound when i charged it before I turned it off, panicking, and it stopped.

It wasn't that laggy before the updates or issues occurred

Old issues were also Wifi or Bluetooth drivers dissappearing.
