Credit card was charged on April 21 (invoice date).
According to Dell’s policy, an order can be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. My delivery date is still uncertain, and I’m concerned I might not receive the laptop by May 21.
Does this mean that if it arrives after the 30-day window, I won’t be able to return it?
I’ve contacted support, but they haven’t been helpful - just standard copy-paste replies saying it’s shipped from Asia and they don’t have more details.
Any advice?
