2 years on T and don't have much of a vocal change, though with my short hair, most people do assume I'm trans. I'm focused on getting up my levels to help with the voice since I think thats the major barrier from passing, but nothing has noticeably changed lately.

At the same time, I'm girlmoding a lot for interviews and am worried that the intentionally higher register I speak in to hide my trans status is mitigating my voice lowering results. Can doing this prevent or delay vocal droppage? Should I just bite the bullet and speak from a lower register to help?

I know it feels validating when the guy has expressed attraction to cis men and is potentially just extremely closeted, but there's also a good chance he's just with you because he sees your identity as less threatening. There are a lot of chasers who solely go after all trans people and even some very feminine men because they can reassure themsleves that it's not really* gay.

Other than that, trans men should have higher standard in general. If you wouldn't accept a partner misgendering you, why on God's earth will you accept him keeping your relationship a secret from everyone? Some chasers would KILL to keep that from coming out! Always stay vigilant!

I always see trans dudes warn other guys about upping dosage without doctor oversight because of this, but honestly I'm starting to think it's a bit overblown compared to the amount of times it actually happens. Doctors seem determined to have most of us in VERY low levels, especially when starting out. A lot of guys I meet have lower-than-average ranges, it doesn't really compare to abuse of AAS by cis dudes.

Waiting to see my new endo for the first time here in mid-early June. I haven't seen an official hormone doctor for like 8 months but feel fine. Coming up on 2 years.

It's not constantly itchy/painful but vaginal penetration is always uncomfortable now, even with a lot of lube. I can tell my walls have really "smoothened out". Should I try looking into E cream now from my GP before I see this endo, or should I tough it out until June? I don't really use that area a lot, so it's not a huge deal, but I worry about the cream potentially messing with my initial base levels so soon after getting on it. Would my GP even give it to me if I asked?
