I do part time work and all my part time earnings I put in my Uno Digital e-wallet.

I often have issues with my account, so I thought of closing my account and tried transferring all my funds to GCash via Instapay on April 25, Saturday, kaso di ko nareceive yoong funds even na deduct na siya from my account, the number was correct.

I called customer service and they said it was floating and there was an issue with Instapay, not with them, and the funds will be returned to my account in 3 business days. Naibalik naman so I tried transferring again tapos same thing happened. Now need ko ulet to wait another 3 business days.

What kind of scam is this? Ayaw ipagamit ung own money mo.

So last month na bayaran ko na in full yung UB personal loan ko. I requested for my account to be closed and for a certificate of full payment. That time inaasist pa ako ng CS, tpos this month nakareceive aki ng payment reminder, nagcheck ako online nandun pa yumg PL account ko, pero 0 balance naman, tpos nagcall ako ulet para magfollow up, hindi daw sila nag i issue ng certificate of full payment, pero pwede ko daw i request ulet yung deletion ng account [pero yung CS gusto niyo iretain ko yung account para pag nagka offer dar ng reloan madali processing].

I decided na magproceed sa pagpapadelete ng account, kase hirap naman magpa approve kay UB din. Kahit malinis ung records ko, lagi ako reject sa ibang products like CC.

May issue ba pag walang certificate of full payment pero madedelete naman na nila yung account?
