My partner and I will be moving to Chicago in August or September. We know very little about the city and which neighborhoods to look in. We ideally want a 2 bed unit in a “luxury” building that has amenities like a fitness center and shared outdoor space.

We are both in mid 30s and have no kids. Everyone seems to recommend Lincoln Park, but this seems out of our budget. We are fine being further north away from the downtown area, as long as it is somewhat close to public transportation.

Would love suggestions for neighborhoods to look in. Also, is the best way to find these still Zillow and apartments dot com?

Any recommendations for specific buildings? Or neighborhoods to avoid?

Looking to purchase first true road bike. Both of the bikes are in great condition and are listed at $600. Both are 58cm.

“Upgraded rims” according to the seller, though not carbon

2013 Trek Domane 4.5:
Full carbon
Ultegra derailers
Shimano 105 breaks

Which would you recommend for a first true road bike? The goal would be to own this for a couple years before upgrading.
