I've just built a house which was for the Axew line. Onix has taken a liking to it & somehow managed to get inside TWICE but cannot get out 🫠 ive tried having him follow me & he gets stuck.... how the heck did he get in to start with 🤣
I potty trained my now 3yr old last June, within 5 days she was dry with no accidents every day for weeks, she knew when she needed to go and would tell us every time, absolutely no issues. Then accidents started to creep in and it just kept getting worse, the only dry days we have now are if we prompt her that it's time for the toilet. Accidents are more frequent than when we first started potty training and im at a complete loss. Nothing in our lives has changed significantly.
The most frustrating thing though is that its only really at home or when she is with me (mom) she very rarely has accidents at nursery, she doesn't have accidents when she is with my family members while im at work but if im around she will.
Weve tried stickers/treats but it doesn't really bother her if she gets them or not. She acknowledges that shes had an accident. Ive tried just saying let's get changed and not put any negativity on it.
Ive tried the timer method, ive tried putting it all in her hands so she is in full control. We have a potty that she isnt interested in anymore.
I honestly dont know what else I can do, she fully knows when she needs to go to the toilet as she proves when she is at nursery or with other people that she can do this. I truly feel disheartened and feel like im doing something wrong.
Does anyone have any tips at all?
