I am sponsoring my US husband for renewal of his spousal visa. His application is in process, all documents submitted online.
Received this email yesterday:

However, no details about HOW do submit that form. Direct replies to the email bounce back, because they are routed to a different place, but we have sent an email directly back to the email that sent the request. No response.
Any suggestions? I want to make sure we confirm we have submitted this in the correct way. Seems mad they give no information about how to respond to their request.
