Not sure how or why this started happening. Is there anything I can do to prevent it from getting worse?

Bit of a long shot but I got this shirt from the Sydney shows last weekend in a 2XL and realised it’s too big for me. Wondering if anyone around Sydney grabbed an XL, found it too small and is willing to swap it for my 2XL?

Noticed a couple blacked out covers for some reason. I believe these are:
