My take on Urkanthos Daemon Prince of Khorne from the Fall of Cadia

I’m in a crusade with my friends and they told me to go crazy on kit bashing so I took a try at Urkanthos a General of Abaddon from the 13th crusade. From my understanding Urkanthos was halfway through his transformation when he lost favor with Khorne and got stuck for a good bit in a half transformation. I might have gone a bit crazy but I had a lot of fun with this kit bash! I used one of the torments from the Accursed Cultists and then just added a Berzerker head on top.

still a WIP as I want to add a jump pack once I've sourced the right bits. The body I picked up from Spearhead Magazine for £2.99! I pinned some bits for the bits and needed light greenstuff work for the shoulder pad. All bits were left over from Lord on Juggernaut and Exhalted Eightbound.

Back after 30-years! My first Kill Team

I last painted and played 40K when I was 13 years old. I started the Horus Heresy books a few years ago and thought it's time to get back into this!

They are not finished, I need to work on some highlighting, the bases and effects like blood splatter but after 3-days I've pulled together this which I'm quite proud of as a first attempt. All guidance and tips would be welcomed.

New releases for 11th?

Apologies if this has been asked before,what's the likelihood WE will get their own faction specific terminators? I wouldn't mind getting some of the current terminators but I have a feeling that 11th will possibly be when WE finally get their second wave,at least I hope!

Also to add,was thinking it'd be nice to get a WE version of chosen. Looks wise,somewhere in between bezerkers and eightbound would look cool. As for the squad loadout itself,a 5 man squad with eviscerators and plasma pistols for wargear.

What are all you champions of blood and skulls thoughts on this?

List Advice

Looking to get some advice on my summer WE army project! I’d like the list to be somewhat competitive on the tabletop. I’m including the Defiler purely because I love the new model and will just deal with it if it’s terrible, but if you have a replacement suggestion for it does in fact end up being unusable I’d love to hear it! Thank you.
