Yesterday morning I had a very watery bowel movement that took a while to fully finish. During that movement it was quest painful in my abdomen with some bad stomach cramping but manageable enough to finish. Once I was done I felt much better and went on with my day.

Around 6 PM before work I realized I had not passed gas all day and my stomach had been making a lot of noises and vibrations. at 9PM at work my stomach/abdomen began to hurt again (More in the right/left lower quadrant) and I had to leave early. Once I got home I took some Gas-X and went to sleep in some moderate pain that was alleviated by laying on my left side and laying in the fetal position.

This morning I still have not gone again or passed any gas. I don't feel any pain right now, have had no fever, felt my abdomen with no pain today or distention and no vomiting. I'm worried it could be the start of an impaction or obstruction.

Any ideas what it could be? If you need more info ask. Also my father says we've had a stomach bug going around the house but I've never had a stomach bug cause a lack of flatulence.

So I have a doctors appointment tomorrow at 1:40PM but my pharmacy closes at 12PM. I ran out of my Vyvanse today and it helps with my anxiety. If I were to call my doctors office and ask them to send the prescription for it early to my pharmacist how likely would they be to do that? I know it's a hard question to answer but I'm just trying to decide the best course of action. I rarely take an extra one since I've been on it for 9 months and I believe my tolerance is increasing although this is not common. Tomorrow will have been the 28th day so I will be able to fill it then, it's just a question if they will fill it before I arrive at the doctors office at 1:40. Also, if they may not do that could I try to show up early? My father said I should just show up (without calling them) and they would probably squeeze me in but I have my doubts. Thanks for reading!
