27f moving to Phoenix from Texas in August. I am starting to feel overwhelmed by all the options for apartment living in Phoenix so I’m looking for recommendations. I will be working near the Encanto area but I’m open to commuting from Chandler or surrounding areas. I’m also open to being told where to avoid!

I’m looking for recs for a good mechanic. I’m having some AC issues in my 2019 Nissan Sentra but don’t want to get taken advantage of at the shop since I’m a woman.
