Hi all, visiting Jeju right now and am having one trouble understanding the traffic lights.
Was wondering what it means when there is a yellow and green simultaneously? Does it mean the left turn is about to end?

Heading on the HGL (3D, 2N) in June. Going as a group of 4, all in our early 20s. Most importantly we want a safe tour experience!
Other notes - we will likely do the private rooms, we want a small group (under 15ppl), and would like somewhat of a social vibe but nothing crazy.
Would love any tips! I saw some concerning reviews about motor ventures transit to the loop from Hanoi + the accommodation on night 1 not being clean.
