New Cork City Library

Well now folks what are we saying about this move? I for one am delighted to hear it, such a beautiful space and finished to an incredible standard inside also. I do hope the council hold onto the current grand parade spot though and turn it into something local and cultural, an event space or multi use space for all events and everyone to enjoy. God knows the city deserves it!

Friend booked my tickets?

Hi all, flying out in three days time to visit a friend abroad. He booked my tickets as a gift but it’s only just hit me I’ve no info and he’s saying he doesn’t know how to get me the tickets etc to me. Has anyone been in this situation before? I’d assumed since we both have the Ryanair app and everything was booked in my name, my passport etc etc he could just transfer them through the app to my account but can’t seem to find the option. Anyone know what to do?

Hi everyone, so as the title suggests, the mould proof paint by landlords used in the bathroom is peeling exceptionally badly. There was no base coat or under painting and the layer of anti-mould paint is incredibly thin, just one very thin there. It’s become insanely dry and is just peeling off like chips. She’s asked me to repaint it, which is incredibly annoying because I didn’t paint it in the first place, but I figure I’ll probably do a better job anyway, so my question is do I need to peel off all of this anti-mould paint or could I go over it with an undercoat and then two layers of the anti-mould paint?
