I found out that any carnivore food you put in a broth becomes a sauce that flavors everything. No need for real sauces.
Ah, two basil leaves infiltrated into my broth.

I'm planning to buy an Agar keyboard. I've seen many people on Reddit buy the EC version.
I'm not sure if my understanding is correct, but if you buy that version, can you only use Hall Effect switches? With the EC version, I think I can't use most of the switches from this list, right?
Note: I'll be using it mostly for writing and coding (I don't game).
At the beginning, I was eating what I thought was "fatty enough."
For some time, I felt amazing and everything... but after 3 years I started having palpitations and arrhythmias, along with waking up in the middle of the night and frequent hunger. And no matter how I supplemented, it didn't seem to fix it. It was one of the most stressful things I've ever experienced. I was on the verge of quitting carnivore—I probably would have gone animal-based.
I finally decided to follow the advice of eating a 2:1 fat-to-protein ratio (mainly using suet). It looks like this:
And sure enough, for the first time in years, my heart became calm. My sleep and satiety also improved. It honestly feels like a miracle.
I'm still not completely "cured," but it feels like the worst part is behind me. Hope this helps someone struggling with something similar.
Note: I also suffered from muscle twitches.
Eating more fat seems to be stopping my PVCs. The change is dramatic: from PVCs almost all day—every 2 to 10 minutes—to only around 4 to 6 per day.
I've replicated this pattern multiple times. For example:
I've observed this at least three times now, and it usually kicks in the same day. The calm also carries over into the following day. Meaning that if my dinner is fatty enough, I won't have PVCs the next morning... or even until the afternoon, even with an empty stomach.
I personally believe PVCs are often related to underfueling, which keeps the body in a constant warning or stress state. I first suspected this because my PVCs seemed worse on days when I was hungrier.
Have any of you had a similar experience? Or suspect you're undereating?
Notes:
- I don't eat carbs, so my body mainly depends on fat for fuel.
- In my case, supplementing electrolytes barely makes any difference.
- I was also experiencing another noticeable symptom: waking up in the middle of the night.
Meat, suet, bone marrow…

I was checking some videos of Mongolian food.
In many videos, I saw them boiling very fatty cuts of lambs (with very yellow fat). I wonder if that's closer to what our ancestors ate. And not the lean stuff you often see in the carnivore community.
I’m always hitting my Plus limit, so I’m thinking of using my brother’s Plus account too since he doesn’t code. Is that allowed by OpenAI?
