White Leghorn that was brought from TSC as a pullet. It is about 11ish weeks old. Looks like a rooster to me but I would love more opinions as we will have to get rid of it due to local laws. I have another leghorn that looks very different as you can see. Thanks!

This dishwasher has barely been used. It is leaking from the bottom and when I pulled it out, there was water pulled up in the black compartment that I circled. There was no water on the drain hose or anything from above. Does anyone have any clue what this could be from?
