how do I eat more fibres?
so im in my 20s and i struggle w irregular bowel movements and due this im getting acnes on my face plus I hate having to going to the bathroom cause of this. I end up skipping breakfast most times (im aware I should be fixing this and im trying to) my portions are small because I dont enjoy eating. I normally drink beetroot and carrot smoothie but theres no Fibre in there. I eat fruits every alternate day and also eat half an aamla at night but now even that doesn't work.
