So there is Newly opened Lounge at Vadodara Railway Station Platform No 1 named INEJ Lounge. It can be accessed from both Platform Side (Near Main Entrance, next to FOB) and from outside also (Near Exit Gate).

Interiors and Ambience is good, it's a small cozy Lounge with seating capacity of around 30 person with buffet Meals available. There were 6-8 people when i visited and it was very calm and didn't feel like sitting at Railway Station. Washroom were also very clean. Didn't got to know how 2 hours passed there. Other Amenities Includes

-Private Meeting Room

-Sleeping Beds (In a shared area with curtains)

-Showers

-Snacks & Drinks (Paid)

You can also access the lounge with selected Icici & Hdfc Bank cards providing Railway Lounge access (2 hours lounge access + complimentary meal)

Details of Paid charges are there in images.

Only thing is that there are no announcement or train time displays in the lounge and no direct view of platform, but that doesn't make much difference.
