Just wondering the best value electric toothbrush is. Been using manual for so long and think its time.
Also I like original Colgate Total toothpaste, feels great afterwards compared to the standard stuff. What is the best? It total good? I seen a tiktok where dentists were saying its great.

I’m feeling a little stuck/lost.
I have a Biology degree, but have basically never used it.
Im living in Manchester Central and working in Medical Negligence as I just needed a job have been doing this for almost 3 years and barely earning enough to survive. I have experience previously working in Public Health doing an Admin/Operations Job.
I want to find work elsewhere but just when ai search, feel like i’m sitting in the middle of every job and nothing seems to suit my experience.
Really random and not expecting much but anybody got any advice on where to turn? I feel recruitment agencies seem to not help at all in this country.
I got dumped about 3-4 weeks ago after 18 months. Some days I feel good, some days hurt still. I think I know that we were not exactly right for each other, but I’ve never loved somebody like her before. It meant so much.

30 (M) I’m really interested in starting Hot yoga, but I have never done any yoga before. I’m pretty fit I would say, in good shape, I think I’m fairly flexible to an extent. I want to include Sauna in my life and have always wanted to try yoga. So thought this could be perfect.
I’m scared to start, but thinking maybe next week I might give it a go. Can anybody advise me on if this would be okay for me as a complete newbie to yoga? (i could really use some encouragement to start)
