I just started a small e-commerce business selling around 10 items.
They are rare Japanese used items (hard to find outside Japan).
Right now I don’t really know the best way to grow.
I have a small budget (around $700) for ads, but I don’t want to waste it since I’m just starting.
Would you focus on organic first (Reddit, TikTok, Instagram), or test paid ads early?
Also:
Is 10 products too few to start?
How would you validate demand for rare items?
Any strategy you would recommend for a beginner in this situation?
