I recently joined a gym in the UES and it showed me that no gym in the city respects rules. Peoplie will use a machine and then leave all of the weight on.

Is it entitlement? Laziness? Selfishness?

I’m having some major regrets. I have two races coming up…NYC & DC.

This is what sucks with the ticketing process. so far in advance…I’m in a different state of mind now compared to when I signed up for NYC. I love to lift weights. my real passion. and I hate running. when I focus on running, I lose too much weight. I now have zero desire to run or do my upcoming races.

anyone ever been in this position?

I’ve been training for about 15 years now and I workout more for my mental health than physical. sometimes you just need to go and move even if it isn’t beneficial.

I basically take rest days when I feel like I absolutely need it. Anyone else similar?
