I'm not even sure if I can ask this here but I need advice. I was living in my family home with my mam for the past 29 years, she died a month ago but my name is on the rent book but people are telling me that the council will try to move me considering I'm a 32 year old single male, this is the house i grew up in and I don't want to leave, do the council have legal grounds to make me leave if the rent is still being paid?
