Young couple working in Dublin City twice a week aiming to buy a house under 500k to qualify for HTB.

Dunshaughlin 3 beds are around 490-500k at 110sqm while Drogheda 3 beds are around 425-435k at 117sqm

Wondering what would be your opinion between the two?

Drogheda has more amenities but has mixed reviews with safety due to anti social behavior and gangs in the area although new estates are known to be quiet

Dunshaughlin is closer to Dublin and location is definitely more peaceful with less to no major reports of anti social behavior but less amenities.

Appreciate any insights!

Hi!
Going to a wedding in Bellinter House and a couple of international friends need to get to the airport early in the morning after the wedding on Sunday morning. What’s the easiest way to get there? It’s a 9am flight (I know, v early after a wedding but it is what it is).

If the answer is taxi, what’s the rough price and any taxi recs?

Cheers!
