As someone who started gaming journey with cyberpunk 2077, and I also really like the anime Cyberpunk Edgerunner. And now when i started playing wuwa (1 week back, this is such a good surprise(?). I've never playing gatcha games, so can anyone tell me how can i get lucy or rebecca? (I'm sorry if it's a weird question, I'm getting the hang of the game themes and mechanics.
