I hate being autistic. Everything I say gets misunderstood all the time. People assume the worst in me. People pick apart my “tone”. People try to look for a deeper meaning to what I said (and the worst possible meaning of course). Even fucking Reddit isn’t safe and people twist my words to make what I said sound so much worse than it actually is. I wish I could just talk/word things like a normal person and people would like me. I’m gonna just have to give up and stop trying because I’m an unlikeable person by default and nobody would even notice if I stopped talking anyway.

Neurotypicals can bully you, talk down on you, say absolutely HORRIFIC stuff, and it’s all fine and good. If you call them out on it or tell them their behavior is hurtful, you’re too sensitive, just ignore it, “people aren’t always gonna be nice, that’s just how the world works” Meanwhile, you use the wrong “tone”, say something thats not 1000000% ~nicey-nice~, or be mean back to them when they were mean first, it’s the end of the fucking world. Like I stg a neurotypical person can say “I hit a child with my car this morning teehee” and you can say “wow man…. That’s fucked” and then everyone around you would be like “you… you…. YOU SAID THE F WORD!!!!!!!!!!!” (extreme example obviously, but you get the point) I’m sick of it, man.
Posting spoilers for something that *just* came out is a dick move, yes. But then there comes the point where the book/show/movie has been out for a while… and yeah, people are going to talk about it. ESPECIALLY if you join groups or follow pages related to it. My thought was always to give it about a month before talking about it without adding a spoiler warning. If it’s been over a month and someone STILL hasn’t seen it, that’s on them. However, I’ve seen people get upset over spoilers for things that have been out for YEARS. I once saw someone get mad at some people discussing the Hunger Games in a comment section for spoiling it for them… on a HUNGER GAMES FAN PAGE, mind you. Not to mention the first Hunger Games movie has been out for over a decade now, and the first book for almost two decades…. again, it’s nobody else’s problem but yours if you still haven’t read/watched it. If not getting spoiled is that important to you, then maybe stay out of spaces that have to do with the show/book/movie- where you may hear about them. If you do stay away and still get spoiled, then blame yourself for not getting into it sooner. People are going to talk about fandoms they like, get over it. Nobody should have to tiptoe around you because you decided to wait 10 years to watch Stranger Things.
