I wonder if there were any old bars here were locals mainly drink. Probably an older crowd.
In the UK we often call these 'old man pubs' but they usually have a character and history to them. Any places like this in Chongqing?

Simple question here (i think).
I want a violinist in a trio piece to produce a D7 harmonic.
I’m not particularly fussy about which harmonic fingering is used, so I’d rather not over-notate it if a simpler convention is acceptable.
How would you generally prefer to see this written?
Would you be happy with just the sounding D7 plus a harmonic indication, or would you want the artificial/natural harmonic spelled out more explicitly?
It’s in a quiet, sparse texture, if that makes any difference.
