Hey everyone,

I’m currently working on scaling my print operation into a fully online print business targeting customers across the US (similar to Vistaprint or Milweb1Express if any of you have ever heard of him).

I already have:

Production (printing equipment + capacity)

Shipping/logistics handled

Website in progress

What I DON’T have dialed in yet is the right person to drive online sales.

I’m trying to figure out:

Should I hire a “growth marketer”, a performance ads specialist, or someone more ecommerce-focused?

Is it better to start with one hybrid role or split it into multiple people?

For those who’ve built ecommerce brands, what role actually made the biggest difference early on?

My goal is to get consistent daily orders (not just local clients, but nationwide).

Would really appreciate any advice, especially from people who’ve scaled ecommerce or print businesses.

Thanks in advance.
