•Unfortunately no pets allowed 🥲
•Respectful of boundaries (which goes both ways ofc😁)
•Would like someone who can communicate well
About me:

•Im a photographer, love to cook, i watch anime/movies/shows, i currently work in retail
•I try to keep/maintain the apartment clean and organized when i can
• Since i work retail, i usually like to isolate and just relax and cook when i’m home but i definitely don’t mind having some roommate time together from time to time. We can even cook together if you’d like ☺️ But i can also respect the fact if you also need your alone time as well lol
About the apartment:
•2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath
(You can have the half bath as your own)
•We get amazing natural light in ALL rooms and shared living area. The photos don’t do it justice! 😄
•My old roommate left her ikea closet for me that you are more than free to have to use as storage in the room
•One of the only downfall of this apartment is that there’s not a lot of storage.🥴 but it makes up for it in space.😄
•There’s a beautiful kitchen with good amount of storage, it’s fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave and oven
•Laundromat and grocery store is 1 block away. They’re literally right next to each other
•A/C train is a 3 minute walk
•Post office is at the corner of our st.
•Gateway Center is a 20-25 min bus ride away (they have BJs, Target, Aldis, Five and Below, TJ Max etc.)
•We pay electric, gas and wifi.
-Full transparency, utility price fluctuates depending on the season 😬
What you need to move-in:
•Security Deposit ($975)
•1 month rent ($975)
•Credit score at least around 650
•Picture ID
•2 current pay stubs
•Unfortunately NO GUARANTORS accepted
